back to the future...

happy Friday lovers! so today I'm switching it up a little....My blogger gf Janna posted this a few days ago & i loved it...so i wanted to play too! So I'm linking up with Ashley for Friday Letters & I'm also linking up with Jessica of Lovely Little Things for her Smell the Roses task! This weeks task was to write a letter to yourself 5 years from now....so there will only be one letter today & that letter goes to me....

So you've ventured into your 30s now....crazy. i know you still feel like a 10 year old trapped in an adults body...stay that way...forever. By now you should be married to a boy who you've currently (2012) been with for over 5 years..& hopefully you have had your first child too....a boy...because if its a girl good luck...you know how you were in high school to your mom....its only going to get worse...

i also really really hope by now that you have fully become secure with yourself & who you are as a person......I hope you have accepted the fact that you're outspoken & that's not gonna change...you don't sugarcoat...you tell it like it is...that has always been & always will be you...get use to it.

i hope you still kinda have the same body...you will not get lazy & let those pounds come on after having a baby....never....& if you're reading this right now in 2017 & you have those pounds - stop eating now!

by this time allllll your school loans & all that stupid credit card debt better be gone, if it's not we have a way bigger problem....you need help...& i hope you have your shopping problem under control...ok maybe thats a long shot....

i really hope the family is still together & we haven't broken up...i know its hard with a divorced family but right now in 2012 we're still trying to keep it together...i only hope in 5 years everyone feels the same not just my mom & I....

but really all i really want to know is that in 5 years you're still living the happy life you have now...& that my grandparents are still alive & healthy...that's all i really hope for in 5 years - good health & happiness.

so that's it for today loves! Don't forget to enter the fabulous group giveaway going on right now...one lucky person can will alllllll of this

Wow, this was such a touching post. I am writing a guest post next week about "Things I wish I could tell my 15 year old self" and I think it works both ways. Love this idea!

Have a great weekend :)

This is amazing GF! It is so honest and the goals are very realistic! I love that you want a boy! I do too, but I just don't want all that damn pink that comes with a girl. Haha. You just keep being my amazing GF, and you will be even MORE incredible in five years ;) LOVE you!

Love your letter. I have been thinking about doing this too. Maybe I'll sit down this Sunday and get a letter to myself written.

I love this!!!! I remember when I was younger I would always write down numbers of significant things that I wanted to remember, but I never kept up with it, wish I did. Great idea!!

What a terriffic idea! My 8th grade teacher had us do that and she sent us the letters when we graduated from high school it was so cool to read, and see how everything turned out! Love your letter .

I loved reading your letter...especially the part about hoping that your baby is a BOY!
I hope the same thing when it's my time to have kids, lol.

And i love how we both talked about hoping to still be healthy and in shape come 5 years!
