happy friday lovely's! so I went to the Doctor. Thankfully I went in time because my cough could have turned into phenomena. So I have been put on antibiotics & one of them makes me nauseous ....so I am not a happy camper right now.....but in other news I finished a new blog design for the hilarious Sarah over at Hot Mess Mommie. Seriously girls, I didn't know her until I started working with her on her blog & OMG she is a riot. She had me laughing daily. So I love painting my nails. I really wish I was more talented with my nails & could do cool designs like I see on pinterest. But I'm not. I wanted to try something different so I decided to try the nail 'ombre' trend. I have seen it a few times on pinterest & i really liked the way it turned out so I figured why not. I decided to go with a green ombre. The picture doesn't really do justice, it actually looks better in person. But what do you think?

& speaking of Vicki.....have you met her? Well she's pretty fabulous & the type of girl I love - a shopper & a TV watcher. Two of my favorite things! Plus her & I both have a mutual love of Chevron. I love creeping  reading her blog daily & keeping up with her life via twitter......Did you know she lives in the fabulous New York City!??! Whenever I think of living in NYC my mind goes to one particular person......can you guess who? Yep, Carrie Bradshaw.....ah if only i could be Carrie Bradshaw...or just have her closet....nonetheless,  I love NYC & cannot wait to go back again, but in the mean time I'll just keep up with the big city living vigorously though Vicki....& you can too. Hey guys!!! My name is Vicki and I blog over at My Vickilicious Life.  I'm from NYC - But don't let my blog name or my hometown fool you, I am not that exciting ;) I'm a bit of a homebody and any given moment you can usually find me: blogging, reading, surfing the net, watching television, tweeting or any combination of those things.  I'm really just your average twenty-something (well at least I am for the next five months and then I turn the big 3-0 ... ahhh - still trying to come to grips with that fact LOL).  My blog is really just a compilation of all things on my mind.

I love handmade and different things, especially when it comes to jewelry   I'm an Etsy junkie, literally I could get lost for hours just browsing all of the different shops ... sometimes it takes some serious willpower for me to not go "click" happy (ie: max out my credit cards on new arm candy LOL).  One of my favorite Etsy shops is Botny ... I am soooo addicted to their earrings.  I think I have about ten pairs and I am forever wanting more and new colors!!! I think they are the perfect little accent to any outfit!!! Its your last day on earth - what do you do? 

Oh, wow ... this is hard.  Like I legit just sat here for fifteen minutes planning the perfect last day in my head.   I definitely  I would want to be able to be surrounded by the people most important to me.  I think I would want to throw a party with all the people I love and just dance & eat & drink and have a good ol' time ... and then end the night with alone time with the boyfriend ...

What is your favorite thing about living in New York?  

Christmas time! I love Christmas in NY.  There is something so magical about it, I cannot even explain exactly what it is.  That and the food -  virtually anything your heart desires is usually just a train/bus ride away.

Whats one thing we don't know about you that you think we should? 

I dunno ... I'm pretty much an open book LOL.
