look of the day

happy friday everyone! well its not really my friday..saturday is my friday.....oh the joys of working in real estate...anyways just another post on my look of the day....we were having sunny & warm weather here in the OC but then it started to get cold and cloudy....but i was okay with that because i still want to wear my fall/winter clothes....the outfit im wearing today is one of my favorites...ponchos were HUGE this past fall & i def took advantage of that....also one thing about me is i like my clothes a size larger than i am...as you can see this poncho is loose  & baggy, but i love it that way.....its casual yet still chic



i got this poncho at the nordstrom anniversary sale last year, it was love at first site

since this outfit was plain & the colors were nothing to crazy i added a statement necklace to add some flare & brighten up the look...lovely roots i got there....

i am OBSESSED with combat boots...i also have another pair slightly different in brown....they add such a cool vibe to any outfit...these boots have zippers down the back & you can adjust them to either have flaps down or tied all the way up......i love wearing the flaps down, they give the look such a bad ass feel....like im some type of biker or something...haha

i hate just smiling..its so awkward & planned...

so lovers i hope you enjoyed my look today & it inspired you to spice up your wardrobe with some fun biker boots or a statement necklace.....did you stay in trend this past fall/winter & purchase a poncho? if you didn't....what the heck are you doing?!? you know those "fat" days you have..they're perfect for that, to me a poncho is a MUST HAVE...

ponchos are still huge for spring & summer just make sure you don't get one made out of wool or sweater material...think light & flighty! oh & be safe this st.pattys day...i know its a wild holiday for everyone, i have def had my fair share of wild st.pattys, that i can remember that is.....
